"Todd Bishop d.b.a. BRER Technical, Inc of Bellingham Washington has been employed on a contract basis by our company, functioning as the field engineer and site project manager GE Glegg Water Technologies, Inc. provided the conceptual design but we relied on Mr. Bishop for the detailed design and project management throughout the project.

Mr. Bishop was responsible for work performed on 40 FRP pressure vessels that are at the heart of a state of the art zinc removal process at a geothermal power plant. This project employed up to 65 people and took approximately four (4) months to complete,

Mr. Bishop clarified our design, responded to developing project requirements by designing new and innovative solutions-, was responsible to report to customer site management regarding progress, which was critical path throughout most of its duration. In addition he was required to interface with the customer engineering staff to get approval for each course of action and employ the services of outside engineering specialists to confirm the design. Mr. Bishop utilized tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and Excel to accomplish these goals.

As a result of Mr. Bishop's technical experience and managerial skills we were able to greatly improve the productivity and effectiveness of this work. As a result, we significantly improved on the originally projected completion date.

Given the task, Todd's rates were extremely competitive, his invoicing was fair and complete and very responsive to our requirements. We highly recommend his services."
